Hello. I am new to etsy so, I want to make a good impression. I am a crafter by heart & soul. I work with a variety mediums. I am fond of crystals, pearls, and semi precious stones. I always welcome any feedback.

Shipping charges: $3.00 USD for first item & $1.50 USD for each additional item.

Only within the U.S. border. Shipment is sent 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment - excluding weekends & holidays. All shipments are are sent regular mail. Shipping charges are the following: $3.00 USD for the 1st item then, $1.50 USD for any additional items.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds. All sales are final. :)

Quality and Good Customer Service is very important to me but, actions speak louder than words. I am hopeful that my customers will love my products as much as I do but, life does happen. If for any reason you received a faulty or damage product on arrival, please follow the steps below.

1.Contact me within 10 business days via Convo through Etsy.

2. I will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days with a list of instructions for return. (The only exception to this time line is if I would be on vacation which would be clearly noted on the front of my shop with an estimated time of return.)

3.Upon receipt of damaged goods, I will exchange and/or repair your item within 10 business days. If I am unable to exchange your item for a like item, then you may chose another item from my shop for equal or lesser value. SORRY NO REFUNDS INCLUDING BUT, NOT LIMITED TO SHIPPING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SORRY NO REFUNDS.
