The jewelry I wear is connected to my inner mood. Whether I match the color of my clothes or contrast; wear minimalist or complex jewelry; wear a single color or multiple colors; and on it goes!

Some friends of my daughter told me about Etsy. They liked my jewelry and thought others would like it, too. Setting up and running a website was a daunting proposition, but to my delight, I found Etsy very user friendly. I especially love the ease with which You can contact me with a question or custom request.

I was skeptical about opening a shop. To my surprise, I sold something! To my amazement, I began selling wedding orders! To my delight, You have made Sterling Joy Boutique my full time job.

Quality is no accident. If I would not wear it, I will not sell it. I purchase Freshwater Pearls and Semi-precious Gems, but not all of the Pearls or Gems pass my quality requirements. I want you to love your jewelry as much as I enjoy making it, so I have a satisfaction guarantee.

As Sterling Joy Boutique continues to evolve, I hope to provide quality items at a reasonable price that you will love to wear. Part of my enjoyment is the hunt for new charms and gems! I hope you will check back to see what new items I have found.

Many of my items are One of a Kind. Buy with the confidence that I guarantee you will like your item or return it for a remake or refund. Most often return is for a longer or shorter chain. The Ethiopian Fire Opal is difficult to represent the Opal's sparkle in a picture. Each Opal is guaranteed to meet your expectations or return it for a refund.

RETURN MUST BE IN GIFT BOX AND PROTECTIVE SHIPPING BOX.

ENVELOPE RETURN VOIDS REFUND. USA Postal envelope sorting machine will damage returned item.

Please, return with a note containing the name that is on the order (ship to name) to help me find your order. A refund will be issued back to the same means of purchase and will show up in your account in 5 to 7 days. I will send you a message when I re-ship or issue a refund.

All Re-Make orders are shipped with a Tracking Number and you will receive a message with this number. I highly recommend tracking your order.

I accept payment by PayPal and Direct Checkout with Etsy. Buy with PayPal and Direct Checkout with Etsy. If you want to use a Credit Card, I recommend using the Direct Checkout with Etsy. It is secure and guaranteed by Etsy. This removes the 3 day wait by PayPal to run your credit card.

Your purchase will be shipped by First Class US postal. USA orders shipped with confirmation number (tracking number). International shipments with Custom's number. Items will be shipped after confirmation of payment. I ship 5 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Payments confirmed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out if possible on Monday (or first Postal business day) or within two business days of purchase payment conformation. 
Most orders are shipped the first business day after purchase. Custom order delivery date will be agreed upon by both parties through ETSY communication. 
Multiple orders, I am usually able to ship within this 2 day time.

Q: How long does the Satisfaction Guarantee last?
A: I will work with you to solve any concerns that you may have with your item. I feel that you will know right away if you have a concern. Please contact me within 14 days of arrival.

Q: Can I return an item that I have worn?
A: If there was a problem with the function of the item when you wore it for the first or second time, you can return it for a refund or a remake. Most frequent problem is a chain that is too short or too long.

Q: Can I return an item I have had for 6 months?
A: Under Etsy shop rules, we are only responsible for 30 days after you receive the item. However, contact me about your concern and I will try to solve the concern.

Q: Can I customize a item in your shop?
A: As I make each item, technically all items are custom. Feel free to contact me about changes that you want to make. Most frequent request is for a length that is not in the listing. Any length is possible. Second request is for a different mix of Freshwater Pearl colors or different number of Pearls or different size pattern. Limit of request is only the availability of the parts to make the necklace.
