Welcome to Stesha Supply Co, where our goal is to help you Do, Make, Be! We know how difficult it can be to find unique, high-quality craft supplies, and we aim to do something about that. Stesha Supply Co was born from a love of all things craftiness, and a desire to make pretty things with the prowess of a crafty goddess!

We work hard to be super speedy so you can get back to creating in no time. Ready-made craft supplies ship within 1 business day, and printed vinyl and HTV ship within 1-3 business days. We ship out Monday through Friday from our studio in Wilsonville, Oregon. Orders are shipped via standard mail (3-5 business days transit time) and priority mail (2-3 business days transit time), and we utilize both USPS and FedEx. If you're in a pinch for time, we recommend selecting priority mail from the cart at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
When will I get my awesome order?
We ship fast! Ready-made items ship within 1 business day, and printed vinyl and HTV ship within 1-3 business days. We ship out Monday through Friday from our studio in Wilsonville, Oregon. Orders are shipped via standard mail (3-5 business days average transit time) and priority mail (2-3 business days average transit time), and we utilize USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you're in a pinch for time, we recommend selecting priority mail from the cart at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! First class international mail averages 3-6 weeks transit time, priority international mail averages 6-10 business days transit time, depending on destination. Certain destinations may require additional shipping time.
International shipping costs are an estimate only, and do not include custom, VAT, or tariff fees. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and duty taxes.
International European Union (EU) Customers
We happily sell to our international customers and therefore also adhere to EU consumer protection regulations. EU buyers have the right to return non-custom products by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of their order. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving evidence that the item has been shipped back to us. Buyer pays return postage.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be 100% happy with your order, and we understand that sometimes returns have to be made. We're happy to accept most products back as long as they are in unopened, unused and new condition. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain prior return authorization, then carefully package your items and ship them back to us along with your name & order number. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on certain orders, and for purchases that originally received free freight. Seasonal, personalized, custom, clearance & sale items are not eligible for return. Exclusions apply.
Returned packages, postal delays, non deliverable addresses
We aren't able to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for postal delays, but we do ship fast and are happy to help with any postal issues.
In the event of a damage or missing items claim, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product and packaging.
We ship via FedEx and USPS. Certain services, such as address changes, can incur additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier.
Packages returned to us by the post office will be reshipped upon customer purchase of additional postage. Items still held 45 days after the original purchase date will be discarded or donated.
