I have tried contacting the seller multiple times just for updates, I understand if things get delayed, but they don’t respond. The communication is awful. I’m truly disappointed. I don’t recommend ordering from this seller.

Are mats or frames included with my purchase?
Unless specified or agreed to in a custom order listing, mats and frames are not currently included with the purchase of any artwork.
Do sales purchased through your store promote non-profit organizations?
Yes. 1% of every sale is donated to The Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR). AmfAR an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment education, and the advocacy of AIDS-related public policy.
How do you know where to ship my item?
Orders are shipped to the address on your Etsy invoice. If you have any concerns regarding the correct formatting of a foreign address - or any address inside or outside of the United States - please contact me before placing your order.
What if my item was not delivered on time, or indicated as delivered but is missing?
For late or missing packages, please contact me as soon as possible or within 14 days. I will contact the carrier directly to verify that the package was mailed to the address specified on Etsy sales receipt, verify shipping status for all tracked packages, and make every effort to ensure an on-time delivery. Issues arising from carrier services, including those for lost or misplaced items, should be addressed by the buyer with the carrier directly.
When, where and how do I download my digital files?
After Etsy processes your payment for the purchase of a digital download, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. We recommend downloading the instruction sheet to help you choose the correct file for your size requirement.
