Returns and exchanges
We take great care in describing each idesign as accurately as we can. If you receive
your item and are not fully satisfied we will exchange it for another design. Must be shipped in original box. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Exchange of any item must be with initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Payment
We accept payments through PayPal, major credit cards and Etsy gift cards.Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. On custom orders a deposit of 50% is required . Balance will be paid upon your approval of the finished product.
Shipping
Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 3 business days. The shipping charges we have listed are for the continental United States.We always try to ship the most cost effective way . If when we ship we find that we have over charged you by more than $3.00 we will refund the difference . We are willing to ship to Alaska & Hawaii as well as internationally. Please convo us for calculated shipping prices. We strive to package all items securely for safe arrival.
