We are based in San Diego, California and we ship worldwide.

We ship all orders with USPS as First Class Mail with tracking from San Diego, California. Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive. International mail takes much longer, so please be patient with USPS. Please wait a full 30 business days (from the shipment date) before contacting us with your order number and full name.

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us! We will do our best to fix the issue.
We do not accept cancellation requests for any orders placed because all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, please double check your mailing address and order information is correct. If there is a mistake, please contact us ASAP.

We regularly check our sheets to prevent this, but sometimes mistakes slip through the cracks! We apologize for this inconvenience, and want to make things right. Please contact us with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and photo proof.
If the sticker is offcut by a tiny bit, we don't consider that defective due to the nature of the Silhouette machines. Due to the nature of foil application, there may be black specks in the foiling.
