Care instructions
For all items, gentle hand washing is recommended. But for the handmade clothing items, washing on a delicate setting is best.
Why isn't my decal sticking to the transfer paper?
When shipped the heat can remove the decal from the clear paper. To fix this smooth the decal down with a credit card or a spoon. Flip it over and rub the back of the decal with the card or spoon as well.
Peel the transfer paper and pay attention to how the decal is lifting, smooth as needed.
Can I reuse my decal?
If you buy a PERMANENT decal, no. They are meant to stay in place.
If you buy a removable decal then there is a better chance of being able to take it off and stick it in place again. However, keep in mind removable means you can take it off without lifting paint or without using tools, not so much that the same level of sticky will remain.
Can I reuse my sticker?
Depends on where you stick it.
For example when you stick it on a wall (aka a surface with texture) it's easy to remove but if you stick it on your table (smooth surface) it will adhere much stronger.
When it comes time to remove your sticker, you may notice residue is left behind you can use rubbing alcohol to remove it.
If the sticker itself will not lift then you can warm the surface with some heat prior to peeling.
Can I use removable decals in/on my car?
You can because it's vinyl and it will stick onto your mirrors and windows.
However, when outside the decal is exposed to extreme heat from the car as well as weather, this will interfere with how long the vinyl will stick to the surface.
Can I use my holographic sticker outdoors?
It's not recommend.
The sticker can be exposed to outside conditions but overtime it will reduce the effect and the sticker will not look as it would have indoors.
What else should I know before I use my decal?
Although uncommon, with strong weather it is possible that the letters will lift from the transfer sheet.
Please be mindful of the weather conditions.
Replacing letters results in the customer paying additional shipping fees and in some cases (depending on how many letters are missing) buying another decal.
Commercial use?
Digital images with celebrity faces on it are for personal use. If you can find a way to incorporate it into your small business we welcome it!
However, commercial use would be at your discretion. We would hold no liability and/or responsibility with anything beyond your initial purchase.
Help, decal won't stick to car/surface
If the car or surface is too cold then the vinyl will not adhere.
The next step would be to warm the surface using a blow dryer (for example) or wait for the temperature to change.
