You can find a model number of your device at the bottom panel of the device, it starts with the letter A+number. You can also find the model numbers in a description to the item and compare it with your device.

What if the skin/case didn't fit?

Please, message us if the skin didn't fit, take a photo of the skin and tell the model number of your device. We will help you as soon as possible.

Do you do custom skins/cases?

Sure! Please, message us in private to start a custom order.

How to exchange/return the skin/case?

If the skin wasn't in use you can return t and get a refund. The skin can also been exchanged. Please, message us and tell what would you like to change: model number or a print.

When do I get the skin/case?

Handling time can very due to seasons. As a rule, we need 3-6 business days to print the skin/case.
Shipping take is 1-4 weeks for the internationals orders and 3-7 business days for the USA orders.
During the winter season handling time may be up to 14 days.

How to put the skin in a proper way?

We always add a test skin to each order. Please, try it before using the skin with the printer.
We also add a sheet of paper with the instruction.
