About

Living Fashion Fantasies Vicariously Through Markers and pencils

This shop is a culmination of a lifetime of loving fashion, art, illustration, girly things, shopping, and my experience, education and training within the fashion industry.

One of my first memories as a child was watching E! Fashion Television in my PJ’s on Saturday mornings. I was mesmerized by the runways, the lifestyle, the beautiful models (Cindy! Kristy! Naomi!) and the hair, makeup and clothes. What a dream!

I started drawing figurines of girls at about 12 years old and fell in love with living that dream vicariously through my pens and markers. I was self-trained for many years but when I was 24 I moved to Los Angeles from Massachusetts and fell into the fashion industry. From there I was inspired to take formal classes in illustration among other design related training and elevated my skills. In the past, I have done freelance graphic art in fashion, freelance fashion design, fashion production, flipped designer and thrifted clothing for resale, and created my own fashion blog. I did a few custom illustrations for friends and freelanced as well. I always loved the interactive process of working with each person, seeing what sketch they chose for illustration, and taking through the editing process to make sure it was exactly what they wanted. The gratification I get with the process, and seeing how they light up when they see the finished product is such a gift.

After 8 years in Los Angeles, I decided to move back home to be closer to family – we are very close! I had a long hiatus in my creative endeavors as I adjusted to life back in Massachusetts.

After 5 years being back in MA I really miss having a creative outlet. A lot. I hope to inspire others with my designs. Either to create their own art, live the dream vicariously through my sketches or to just enjoy how the design looks on their wall. In an effort to reach more people in an art loving environment, here I am! I hope you enjoy my shop and if you love it, please support!
