STILO – Handmade Bridal Shoes Created for One Bride at a Time
For years, we have been designing and handcrafting bridal shoes in our workshop in Türkiye, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort. What started as a passion for creating beautiful handmade shoes has grown into a brand trusted by thousands of brides around the world.
Today, through Etsy, STILO proudly creates bridal shoes for customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, and many other countries.
Unlike mass-produced footwear, every pair is prepared with care, attention, and a personal touch.
Personalization Options
Many personalization options available for this design can be found in the listing photos and are also explained in the product description.
Please review the photos and description carefully before placing your order.
The "Height" option refers to the shoe's heel height.
If you do not wish to request any personalization, simply write "No Personalization" in the personalization box when placing your order.
Please note that personalization options are available only while materials, production capacity, and inventory remain available. Certain colors, materials, embellishments, or customization options may become unavailable without notice as supplies are limited.

For the fastest checkout experience, you may use the "Buy Now" option.
We recommend avoiding leaving products in your cart for an extended period. Material costs, exchange rates, and marketplace updates may result in price changes over time, which could affect your order.
Freshly Made for Every Customer
We do not operate a warehouse stocked with large quantities of finished shoes.
Most sizes, color variations, and personalized versions are not kept ready-made in storage.
Instead, production begins after your order is placed.
This means your shoes are:
• Newly handcrafted for your order
• Produced specifically for you
• Never previously worn or tried on
• Never returned by another customer
• Made from freshly selected materials
When an order is received, we begin preparing your shoes using the materials and color selections requested for your design.
The materials are individually selected, carefully cut, stitched, shaped by hand over the appropriate shoe last, assembled, inspected, and prepared for shipment by our team. The production process itself requires many hours of skilled handcraftsmanship and attention to detail.
Every pair is created with patience, skill, and care.
The Extra Work Behind Personalization
Every STILO shoe is already handmade.
A personalized order requires even more time, craftsmanship, and dedication.
Custom colors, permanent printing, personalized details, and special requests require additional production steps beyond our standard handmade process.
In many cases, a personalized order requires significantly more labor and production time than a standard order.
From selecting materials and preparing custom components to production, quality control, packaging, and shipping, every stage is carefully managed by our team.
As the founder of STILO, Mehmet Evcimen personally oversees the final quality control and approval process before each order is shipped.
We do not simply add personalization to an existing product.
We create a shoe specifically for the bride who ordered it.

RETURNS and STORE POLICY
When shipping our products, we cover the relevant customs fees for the US and ship them using DHL Express.
We are diligent in detailing our return policies in the product descriptions and FAQ section.
When you wish to return a product, we have the following options:
Option:
1. You can return the product to our address in the US or Turkey and get a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.(Returns to US addresse will incur a 40% restocking fee) (Not valid for personalized products)
Option:
2. If you would like to make a size or height change, we will remanufacture and ship your new product, covering the DHL Express shipping costs listed in our listings, without you having to return the product.(in all cases and Valid for personalized products)
Option:
3. If the options above are not suitable for you and the product does not meet your expectations or you have a fit issue, we will refund 30% of the product price and we can complete the process without requiring a return.(in all cases and Valid for personalized products)
Option:
4. If you believe the product is defective or has a problem due to our error, we will issue a full refund and provide a return label.(in all cases and Valid for personalized products)
5. Our policies are transparent and clear. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or do not understand anything.
CUSTOMS FEES
"For the United States (US) only: This price includes all customs tariffs, taxes, and duties. For countries outside the US, customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. If you prepay customs fees, no additional charges will apply."
PERSONALIZED PRODUCT , STORE POLICY
We take great care to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level in our custom-made products. However, in the following special cases, the products ordered cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. **Shoes Produced with Personal Preferences:**
- Shoes produced in a different color than the visual,
- Shoes ordered with a different sole height than the visual.
2. **Special Print and Design Shoes:**
- Shoes with permanent printing,
- Shoes with a changed design upon request.
3. **Personalized Products:**
- Shoes produced according to the selected different height and description,
- Shoes produced in accordance with different features than the visual.
Orders related to the situations specified above cannot be returned or exchanged as they are based on personal preferences and special production processes. Our return and exchange policies apply to our standard products that fall outside this scope.
