Announcement   Welcome to Stitched4Ewe! My current turnaround time is 1-3 business days for ready to ship items, and 5-7 business days for made to order items. I am in the process of switching my entire shop over to being Ready to Ship! :)

**Some of my items are Ready to Ship, if this is the case, the title will indicate that. Otherwise, turnaround is usually 5-7 business days plus shipping. Failure by the customer to read titles and item descriptions to determine when an item will ship is not my fault and will not be considered a reason to issue a refund/ cancel an order. I'm very sorry but this wastes a lot of time I could otherwise spend working on orders and also creates inventory issues until the cancellation clears (it takes several days for Etsy to finalize a cancellation). Thanks for understanding!!!

Once your items are created, your order will be carefully packaged and sent via USPS First Class, which takes 2-5 days for addresses in the continental US (longer during peak mailing season). Delivery confirmation is included in all orders; this allows both of us to track your order from the time I ship it to the time it reaches you. You will receive an email when your order ships. Please note that I cannot control the USPS, so if you absolutely need your order by a certain date I ALWAYS recommend an upgrade to Priority Shipping!

***PLEASE use Etsy's Convo feature to contact me with any questions. This is an Etsy rule created to protect both buyers and sellers. It also makes it easier for me to answer questions if everything is in one place! I have all Etsy convos sent directly to my phone so you will almost always get an answer the same day! I CANNOT answer emails regarding Etsy orders.

REFUND POLICIES... Please Read:
If your order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please remember I cannot control the USPS. However, I am happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund IF you to send documentation of the damage via photo(s). You MUST contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date/ time provided by the USPS in order to make a claim for replacement or refund.

For any domestic order that appears to be lost, please allow at least two weeks (3-4 during peak holiday season) from the date of shipment to be sure it is not going to show up. After that, if we cannot get satisfaction from the USPS, we will work together to decide on a fair solution. If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, there will be NO replacements or refunds based upon a claim of a lost package.

I take a lot of pride in what I do and strive for customer satisfaction! Please remember you are purchasing a handmade item and thus, there will be slight varying from one item to another- this is what makes handmade items unique!

If for any reason you just aren't happy with what you ordered- color seems different in person, you ordered the wrong size, etc.- You MUST contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order and send it back in the same brand new, unworn condition. Once it is received, I am happy to refund your purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded and custom items may not be returned under any circumstances. Thanks for understanding!

About

While pregnant with my daughter, my nesting took on the form of crocheting and S4E has grown from there!

I actually taught myself the art of crochet from youtube, believe it or not! I must have crocheted dozens of pretties for my soon-to-be daughter while we awaited her arrival. While we were in the hospital, the nurses admired her hats just as much as her, a few even asked if they could purchase from me... and so Stitched4Ewe was born.

Since then, I have diversified and expanded to include just about all things pretty for babies, girls, and even adults. I was spending so much money buying accessories for my daughter, I really had no choice but the start making them myself!

You will see my designs have a classic and sometimes vintage feel to them. I don't typically gravitate towards the over-the-top styles; I prefer simple designs that have the staying power to be around for awhile.
