Announcement   Hi everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to come by and peruse my little sculptures! I love company. :)

I am currently on a "semi-hiatus"; I am working on my doctorate degree, and so have limited time to devote to my crafts. I am still available for custom orders, but it will take me a bit longer to create them, so please allow me up to 2 weeks to get your personalized sculptures completed and ready to come home to you.

I will still be adding new inventory to the shop whenever I am able, but the only things I will have listed are things that are completed and on-hand, so the inventory may seem a little slim. Please take a stroll through my 'sold orders' to see my little creations that have already gone off to their new homes, and to get an idea of the sorts of things I am able to do.

Thanks again for stopping by - I hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you for stopping by to see me and my tiny little creations! I'm always happy for the company. :)

The most important thing that I want you to know about my shop is this: when you buy something from me, you're not getting a standard-issue, off-the-assembly-line piece. Each and every single thing that I make is completely done by hand - heaven knows I can't afford any of the cool, high tech equipment, and so it's just me, a sewing needle, and an assortment of paintbrushes. So when you buy something here, know that it wasn't just popped out of a mold, baked, and sent on its way...it treated gently, detailed meticulously, and loved thoroughly.

Shipping
All my items are shipped ready to give as a gift - in a little box with a ribbon - even if that gift is just to yourself! :)

I typically only list items that are finished and ready to ship, so if you place your order before 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, it will most likely ship immediately. If you order after 2 p.m. EST M-F, it will go out first thing the next morning.

Custom orders will ship as soon as they are complete; the time each order takes depends on the intricacy of the pieces as well as the quantity. For example, a single piece typically takes me just a few hours, but an order of ten different pieces may take up to 4-5 days. I like to stay in constant contact with you during the creation of a custom order, and email photos of the pieces in progress so that you have a chance to approve and/or make any changes along the way. I will only call an order "finished" when you are completely in love with each and every piece.

Orders are shipped First Class USPS with Delivery Confirmation, so you can keep track of your order as it finds its way to you. If you need an order more quickly, I'm happy to accommodate - just let me know how fast you'd like to receive it, and I'll let you know the change in shipping rate.

**A note about my packaging: all my items are tucked into a gift box with a bit of fluff to keep them from knocking around inside, and then the box is tied with a ribbon and shipped in a bubble-wrap lined envelope. I take these precautions not because the items are particularly fragile, but because I want to be certain that when you order something from me, it arrives to you not only intact, but beautiful.
Refunds and Exchanges
I never want any of my customers to be unhappy in any way with their order - if there are any problems with your order, please let me know within 30 days of receiving it, and I will be happy to do whatever necessary to fix it. I'm not happy unless you're happy! :)
