Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have an issue with one of my items, please contact me within 48 hours of your receipt of the purchased item to discuss how you can return the item for a refund. Return shipping is your expense. I will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges within 2 business days after I have received the unused, undamaged item. Items must be returned within 21 days of when you received the item.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout at time of checkout. If payment is not collected within 72 hours of checkout, the item will be relisted. I do not accept personal or business checks.
Payment must be completed before shipping.
Iowa purchases will be charged 6% sales tax at checkout.
I do not accept order cancellations after the item has shipped.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS priority (2 day, insured) after payment has cleared.
Express shipping can be provided for additional cost.
Insurance is included with purchase.
