Thank you so very, very much for visiting Stitchings by Ellen. This is a relatively new shop so please come back and visit often. Also please read my shop policies before purchasing. I think you'll be pleased with your purchase!!!
One gentle reminder....Please be sure to confirm your street address.
Payment accept payments only through PayPal. Please make sure you make a payment within 3 days of the purchase. After 3 days, you will receive a reminder from me via email and Convo. All the non-paid transactions with 7days of the purchase will be canceled.
Don't have a PayPal account? Don't worry. You can still purchase with your credit cards via PayPal. Upon checkout, please choose "Pay With PayPal" even if you don't have a PayPal account. On the page you are supposed to provide your PayPal info., the other option to make a payment without a PayPal account will be given.
Shipping* SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unless your shipping addresses from Etsy and Paypal are matching, please specify a shipping address in Note To Seller upon checkout and provide appropriate information. An unspecified address can result in delayed shipping.
* US SHIPPING
I ship via USPS first class mail with Delivery Confirmation. Most of my items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for handling and shipping after the payment and 3-10 business days for delivery for domestic orders. If you want to purchase an upgraded shipping (6$ for Priority Mail)or insurance, please let me know and wait. I will send you the modified invoice.
INSURANCE is encouraged. However, any domestic(US) orders more than 100$ will be insured by me.
* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I ship via USPS Global airmail. Most of my items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for handling and shipping after the payment, and 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand by my work. If you want refunds or exchanges for any reason, I'm willing to do so UNLESS the item is custom made. Please contact me via a Convo first and send the item back to me in the original condition within 7 days of receiving it.
Upon the receipt of the returned item, the full price of the item, excluding the shipping, will be credited towards the new item or refunded within 2 business days.
When you return the item, please consider purchasing insurance just in case. I'm not responsible if it gets lost in the mail. It's very rare, but accidents happen.
Items that are monogrammed are not exchangeable.
