* Are your designs available for commercial use?
No, all designs in our shop are for private use only. Sale, reproduction, reinterpretation, diffusion, distribution (free or paid), and use for commercial purposes are totally prohibited.
* Are all your products physical products?
No, some of our products are immediate digital downloadable files. Due to the nature of these items, they cannot be returned.
* Will the colors of the products I receive match what I see on my screen?
Due to variations in monitors and web viewing devices, the colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the pics shown in listings.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you need a personalized design, an exclusive insert, a customizable wall art, a single calendar, or a motivational tracker that we don't have, get in touch with us, and we will try to help you. We also accept minor custom changes in some of our products (change the color of our designs or the title of a section, for example).

Frequently asked questions
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! So depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently, from the center closest to the customer's final address.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at stoicpeopleprintables@gmail.com.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at stoicpeopleprintables@gmail.com with your order number.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at stoicpeopleprintables@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Digital Downloads
Some products in our shop are digital so they are only available via downloads. In this case no physical item will be send. Once your payment is processed your purchased item will be available via Etsy's digital file delivery service for downloading. For more information, please search "instant download" via Etsy Help: https://www.etsy.com/help
All downloaded files are .zip files and first have to be unzipped to get access to all.
Where can I print my digital product? You can print it at home, in office supply stores, in online printing shops, or in a local professional printing shop.
In relation to paper, for an optimal quality of the prints I always recommend to use a heavy paper (120 gr. minimum), with mate finishing.
Design and distribution policies
Stoic People shop retains all rights to purchased designs. All designs in my shop are for private use. Its sale, reproduction, reinterpretation, diffusion, distribution (free or paid) and use for commercial purposes is totally prohibited (not digital and not printed). It's also not permitted to use my products as freebies/giveaways or claim them as your own.
All of them are protected by copyright laws.
All templates are non-exclusive and are sold multiple times.
By purchasing any file from Stoic People shop you accept the terms and conditions.
If you need a commercial license, you can contact me and I'll be happy to give you more information about the price and what product I offer them for.
Custom and personalized orders
I don't problem to offer custom designs or minor custom changes in some of my products. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and I will give you more information (via Etsy).
I`m happy to read from you! You can reach me generally anytime you want. Answers can take till two working days, but I`m always trying to answer and help as fast as possible.
About Framing
All my products ship without any frame. Shipping prints with frames are very expensive right now and choosing a frame is a personal thing to do. If you have problems with choosing them, I can suggest a couple of them, just send me a message.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Refunds & cancellations are not accepted.
