Care Instructions

I send care instructions with every shirt that is ordered. I will not replace or refund mistreated articles of clothing due to mishandling during washing. If handled correctly, these shirts can last a long while without cracking or peeling. If your item has a flaw I did not catch before being shipped, I ask that you send a picture of the flaw, address and your order number via Etsy message and I will look into replacing it.

Shipping

Completing and packaging orders takes anywhere between 1-5 BUSINESS days depending on the size of the full order. Every item is made to order; we do not have a stockpile at this time.
Please note: shipping estimates are NOT guaranteed!
Items ship via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Ground Select. Once you are given a tracking number, your item is with USPS and is out of my hands. I can only see what you see when asked to track your package. If your item was lost, stolen or damaged, you will need to make a claim through your local USPS; I will NOT issue a refund.
Everything is made is a small town Alabama craft studio that is home to two dogs.

Refunds & Exchanges

I do NOT offer refunds, however if your item was shipped with the wrong size or the item was damaged I will gladly exchange it. Please contact me within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Can you rush my order?

I am not at fault for last minute ordering. I will do everything I can to get orders out to you in my listed processing time. You may add "Rush My Order" to your cart for +$10 and it will give you priority over preexisting orders and will ship out in 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. I make my orders in a "first come first serve" basis and will not put new orders in front of preexisting orders UNLESS "Rush My Order" is added to your final order in check out.

Can I Change My Address?

If needing to change your address, please send a message via Etsy and if your order has not been completed, I can work with you. If you have already received a tracking number, you will need to call USPS. I will not issue a cancellation or refund for a wrong address.

International Shipping

I do offer shipping to CANADA but the shipping costs are really high so a flat rate shipping cost to CANADA is 15.00
