I purchased this as a gift for my niece. I was searching for a hand crafted necklace to express my support as she begins a new financial venture, one she can wear with confidence and pride.

A Journey in Metal.

My name is Jeff. I am an artisan with the wonderful fortune to live and work on St Croix in the US Virgin Islands. I stroll the beautiful beaches of this island almost daily in search of the treasures that the sea washes in. I collect sea glass, beach pottery, and surf-tumbled stones for inclusion in my jewelry designs. I handcraft all of the items in my shop. I sincerely hope that you enjoy wearing these unique designs as much as I enjoying crafting them for you.

My wire wrapped designs are formed using time-honored techniques for cold-working metal. As such, no heat or glue is applied. This lends an ancient beauty and great strength to the finished pieces.

Many of my designs are soldered. I handcraft these pieces start to finish. I will occasionally use a cast component within my soldered work. These components are either made with my own hands or created within CAD and then cast.

My newest designs are created using Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software. After I complete a design, I send the digital file to my casting partner. A 3D model is built from the digital file. A mold is then made from the model and the piece is cast using the Lost Wax Casting Process. I finish all of these pieces by hand and I set all of the stones.

My designs are inspired by nature and by the sea itself. I attempt to capture the patterns we see in nature all around us - the fluid, sweeping curves of a wave beginning to break, the hard, angular lines of sun rays at sunset, and the intersection of lines as seen in coral or in the branches of a tree.

I hope that my work will kindle your fondest memories of time spent along the shore. I hope that my work will stir your emotions and allow you to hold closely the passion and joy within your most cherished moments spent at the edge of our beautiful seas.

I wish you the very best!

All of the jewelry in my store is handcrafted. All of my ring, pendant, and necklace designs are one-of-a-kind. Some of my favorite stones include larimar, sea glass (also called beach glass or seaglass), and dichroic glass. I take pride in the quality of my craftsmanship and in the quality of the materials. Your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me.

I ship promptly!

Packages are sent by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation to US addresses and by USPS First Class Mail International to all other addresses.

First Class Mail has consistently averaged 2 to 4 days to US addresses and delivery times to Canada, Australia, and the UK have averaged 2 to 3 weeks. USPS does occasionally mis-sort mail. If this happens, delivery will be delayed. No worries. I have rarely had mail mis-sorted and I haven't lost one yet.

I am not responsible for your package once it is shipped. If you'd like to add insurance, please contact me for rates. The insurance rate is $1.70 for items valued under $200.

International customers are responsible for paying any Customs Fees or Duties that your country may assess.

Attention UK customers: Your purchases may be subject to VAT taxes. These taxes have been inconsistently assessed in the past but the UK seems to be more aggressive in collecting them as of late. If assessed, these taxes are your responsibility. They are not included in my sales and/or shipping prices. Just a heads up!
Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will love my jewelry! Your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to me within 14 days and receive a full refund of your purchase price less shipping and insurance charges (if opted for). In order to issue a refund, I must receive the piece in the same condition as when it was sent out. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance charges. If there is a defect in the product, I will be pleased to make the repairs free-of-charge. Rest assured, no one has ever asked for a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome special requests! Please send me a note and tell me what you have in mind whether it be a ring, a necklace or a pendant. If it is within my skill sets, I will quote a price for the requested work along with a completion date. I require payment up front for all commissioned work. I want you to be delighted with your purchase and I will work with you to achieve that result.
