La prima volta che ho cucito qualcosa, è stato a mano. Ho ritagliato un pezzo di tessuto a forma di cavallo e poi l'ho cucito su un altro pezzo di tessuto, creando la mia prima patch. Era disordinato e crudo, ma da quel momento in poi, sapevo che potevo creare cose dal tessuto! Alla fine ho messo le mani sulla macchina da cucire di mia madre e, nel corso degli anni di sperimentazione, ho sviluppato il mio modo di cucire le cose. Avanti veloce fino a 20 anni dopo, ho imparato quanto sia importante l'abbigliamento sostenibile per l'ambiente. L'industria della moda è estremamente dispendiosa, lasciando una dura impronta di carbonio sulla terra. Sono molto appassionato di creare, non solo abbigliamento unico e resistente, ma anche abbigliamento che è meglio per il nostro mondo. Oltre a cucire, ho anche uncinetto, maglia e scrivere modelli!
The first time I ever sewed something, it was by hand. I cut out a horse shaped piece of fabric, and then stitched it on to another piece of fabric, creating my first patch. It was messy and crude, but from that moment on, I knew I could create things out of fabric! Eventually I got my hands on my mothers sewing machine, and over the years of experimenting, I developed my own way of sewing things. Fast forward to 20 years later, I learned how important sustainable clothing is to the environment. The fashion industry is extremely wasteful, leaving a harsh carbon foot print on the earth. I am very passionate about creating, not only unique and durable clothing, but also clothing that is better for our world. Along with sewing, I also crochet, knit and write patterns!
