Lets say so - our business is in developing stage. Business developments is ongoing process. As for most companies all starts from hobby and strong focus on target. My personal experience working as Production manager in international company have given strong understanding about how things needs to be done to ensure quality, short production lead times and happy customer.
We started to design small toys and things and outsourced production to other company's. Price for product was too high and we decided to invest in CNC machine to be more customer price friendly. By self education we have gained skills needed to create more complicated designs and run small production.
As we know, Latvia has over 80% of forests and this is one of the export product to other countries. So during our production we use only materials purchased in local Latvian stores produced by Latvian companies. From this we can gain low price and short lead times during production.
As well as creating Montessori wood toys we like to challenge our self with different things made of wood and we are suppliers for personalised design furniture and things. We have been participated in project like : Wedding decor designing, Kindergarten equipment production and Furniture
We surely think that everything is doable.
What is Montessori and what Montessori toys to choose for a child?

"What are Montessori and children's developmental toys?" - This question is being heard more and more often, which is why in this article we will briefly answer the most important questions:
Montessori is a pedagogical method created by Maria Montessori - Italian external and pedagogue. The origins of Montessori pedagogy can be traced back to 1909, when the first Montessori courses could be organised and the spread of Montessori teaching began in the West and Asia. One of the most important basic principles of Montessori pedagogy is a specially prepared environment. This means creating children in such an environment, who have wonderful access to all the educational and developmental materials needed for the child to acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills. The goal of Montessori is to promote the child's development, to comprehensively introduce the child, his innate talents and peculiarities, language, mathematically logical thinking, to acquire life and self-service skills, to train self-discipline, concentration and willpower. As can be understood, the creation of a child's developing environment and the freedom for children to work in that environment to develop comprehensive skills and knowledge are Montessori learning data - but why Montessori toys?
What are Montessori Toys?
Every parent of a child knows that concentration is extremely important for a child to develop, learn skills and learn about the environment. True, in today's world of technology, our children's already saturated environment is complemented by mobile devices, televisions, various digital devices and even children's toys with sound and light effects, which in general can make it difficult for a child to focus on the most important thing - skills. The environment in which a child learns skills is at the heart of Montessori learning, it is essentially designed to give children the opportunity to acquire comprehensive skills and abilities - and this philosophy is also at the heart of Montessori developmental toys. Montessori toys can be included in the category of developing toys, but they have their own characteristics, namely, when choosing a Montessori toy, your child should answer:
whether the toy is universally applicable (for example, it can be used in different ways and for different skills);
whether the toy develops the real skills and abilities needed in today's world;
use of natural materials (eg wood, various natural, naturally occurring materials);
whether the toy teaches concentration, it does not distract the child from the process of learning or acquiring skills, with lights or sound effects built into the toy;
