Please read the information below before ordering. I know it's all the boring stuff but it won't take long and then you can get shopping! It will save you having to wait for a reply to a query too as all the information you need should be below...

Payment

PAYMENT
Please pay within a day of purchase. If payment is not received when you place your order, you will receive a reminder message. After this time your order will be cancelled if payment or contact has not been made. If you have any problems with completing your order, just let me know.

CURRENCY
Don't worry about the prices if they don't match your currency. All payments will be automatically converted when you pay through PayPal. Any questions, just ask. This is a handy online currency converter: http://xe.com/ucc

UK BUYERS
Buyers in the UK can pay by cheque or postal order in GBP if you would prefer but please contact me first. Thank you

Shipping

SHIPPING
Please note that Storeyshop is based in the United Kingdom.

I currently post orders once a week, sometimes more often. You can keep up to date with your order by logging in to your Etsy account. I will do my best to keep you up to date with your order(s) but please also keep an eye on your invoice for confirmation of shipping too.

LASERCUT ORDERS - Please bear in mind that orders need to be made even if the outer card or poster is lasercut and in stock.

MADE TO ORDER - Personalised and other orders which are hand cut to order will be made as quickly as possible but I often have a waiting list of around a week, sometimes longer at busy times. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS URGENT! That way I can do my best to plan it around other orders and refund if necessary rather than fail to meet your deadline. I don't want to disappoint anyone :)

I am in the UK. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Shipping time estimations are listed below (all shipping times are estimated to the best of my knowledge) and these times are from when the item has been made and posted:

--- Items within the UK will be posted first class and should take 1-3 days to arrive. Please bear in mind that they may take longer in some cases though.

--- Items posted within Europe should take around a week. They may only take a couple of days though or up to 2 weeks.

--- Other international shipping destinations will take 1-2 weeks. Maybe longer due to location or due to postal delays (please see note below).

Feel free to send me a message if you need an item by a certain date.

Please note that I do my absolute best to get items to you as quickly as I can. Once the items are packed up and posted, though, I can't control how long they take to reach you. There's very rarely a problem and I'll always do my best to help if there is.

PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL POSTAL DELAYS:
--- CANADA: Due to the postal strikes recently being lifted I am able to ship items to Canada again. Please allow for delays due to backlogs though and please check back for updates. More info here: http://www2.royalmail.com/customer-service/international-incident-bulletin#North%20America
--- USA: The situation with mail being delayed upon entering the United States, due to heightened security checks, has improved now but please bear in mind that some parcels may still be delayed. PACKAGING
Purchases will be packaged lovingly in new paper or bags but the outer packaging may be recycled where possible. Trying to do my bit! Let me know if you'd prefer all new packaging.

GIFT WRAP
All purchases are nicely wrapped/packaged to keep them in perfect condition. A gift card with your own message can be added to your order and the gift sent straight to the recipient at no extra cost if you would like -please request this when you order. This is especially handy if you are overseas and would like your purchase shipped to someone in the UK.

CUSTOMS
For international shipping, customs forms, where required, will be marked as being 'merchandise' so no one gets into any trouble with taxes or customs. There will also be a basic description of the contents of the package on the outside for the same reason. Please provide an alternative address to ship to if you don't want a certain someone to find out what you have ordered!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be made if items are returned in their original condition but will not include buyers postage costs. If an item or order has been made especially for you but is not personalised, I may refund less a small charge for doing the commission. If I have made a personalised order for you that cannot be resold, a refund will not be possible.

Please try to be as clear as possible as to what you would like for your card, especially if you have something quite specific in mind. I make all cards to the absolute best of my ability and aim to make each to be just as requested and to look as good as possible. If you want to leave the design and/or colours choices to me to decide, as I make your card, that is absolutely fine - just let me know.
