I've loved sewing ever since watching my "Mema" make countless church dresses and quilts. I would organize her never ending collection of buttons as she sewed away at every Halloween costume, school play outfit, and fourth of July dress I ever wore. I grew up learning to sew from her and my mother and quickly realized that sewing is a valuable tool that not many other folks were interested in learning. I began making outfits for friends’ children and the interest in my handmade goods grew faster than I ever imagined! I decided to quit my day job (literally) and pursue a small dream I've had for a while now. My shop name is simple: each piece I make has its own story and I’m eager for these stories to be shared and carried on.
