Announcement   IMPORTANT NOTE: As of today, October 10, we CANNOT guarantee that orders placed will arrive before Halloween.

I began Storied Threads in 2006, after working for several years as a costumer and costume designer for renaissance faires. I had spent so much time creating designs and making costumes, and I realized it was what I truly wanted to do with my life! So I began this company as a way to bring those creations to everybody.

Please follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and my Wordpress blog to receive announcements about new products as they're introduced!

Thanks for the awesome Frankenstein-inspired bookmark! I purchased it as a gift, but I might have to snag one for myself, too. 😉🧟‍♂️⚡️

Love it. I immediately sewed this onto my travel bag. Great quality.

About

Embroidered geekery for everybody!

Interestingly, I started out as a costume designer, and thought my business would be all about making period costume pieces.

And then I bought an embroidery machine.

Now, I embrace my love of geekery and pop culture, and share that love with my customers through my embroidered patches, bags, scarves, etcetera. I love meeting people at faires and at cons and geeking out with them, and I love having the chance to turn my costuming skills in more of a cosplay direction.
