The book is hella raw! We live in a world of grind culture that asks each one of us to disconnect, desensitize & sanitize our feelings for others. How are you doing? I sat with it, felt my feels, absorbed, reflected, asked questions, pondered answers, and now I’m sharing it with everyone I love.
