Str8Vibing

i ordered nov 23 and had asked if the doll would be ready by xmas and they said it should be. i checked in every so often to see how it was coming along and got responses like “it should be done by this day” “we’re going to start on this day” “we should have it shipped by this day” but kept getting put off. on jan 5th they told me they started, on jan 13 i msgd to see how it was going and they said they werent going to finish it and were going to refund. i asked if they would please be able to finish as i had been anticipating the doll for nearly 2 months. they agreed but said it would take a bit longer. i continued to try to be as polite and understanding as possible despite my irritation. the last msg sent on jan 25 told me they were working on the hair, then on feb 7 they sent a refund out of nowhere and ghosted me.

My daughter loved her doll. They made her just like I asked. She’s perfect 😍
