Hey there stranger!

Welcome to our shop! This page will answer questions pertaining to purchase and shipping. If you are unable to find a resolve to your situation please contact us via Etsy's convo system!

If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case. We work hard to create quality products & to provide good customer service, hence we would prefer to work out a resolve with you personally.

Do note that all items are MADE TO ORDER, and depending on our volume of orders at the time, and/or whether items are in stock, orders require up to 10 working days to be dispatched. If meant as gifts, do check with us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate your requests!

All Items ship from SINGAPORE

Local Shipping (Within Singapore)

International Shipping (Everywhere else)
>> 10 - 14 Working days (up to 4 weeks)

{ Shipping Address }
We ship to the address provided to ETSY. Please ensure that your address is updated or contact us within 24 hours to make a change!

{ Custom Tax & Checks }

> Some countries impose tax duties for purchases over a certain amount. This fee is the buyers responsibility and we are not liable for any additional fees or taxes associated with the shipping.

> Customs checks may be randomly conducted, which can result in longer delivery. Some countries may also impose stricter rulings. If you are purchasing something, please ensure that they meet your respective country requirements. We are not liable for any packages detained by customs.

These time frames are guidelines provided by our postal service. We want your order to arrive in time and will ensure it ships as soon as possible. However, due to possible shipping / customs / weather delays that may occur, we're unable to guarantee deliveries will be made in time for the holidays. Additionally, ordering after the dates listed above does not mean your order won't arrive in time. If you have any queries to be made before your purchase, please don't hesitate to ask!

> Purchase under $35 are sent via Normal mail (no tracking)

> Orders $35 & above (not incl shipping) will be sent with complimentary tracking

> items under $35 a tracking upgrade can be purchased at $2.20. Do contact us after purchase and we'll send you a separate invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

// Refunds / Exchanges
Requests for refunds/exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving. Said item must be un-used and unworn.

As most of our products are made specially for you when the order is placed, we are unable to do refunds/exchanges for reasons like "change of mind" or "unexpected size". We try to describe our items as clearly as we can in the listings, but should you have any questions we'd be more than happy to answer them before purchase!

Customised items are strictly non-refundable for the very reason that we are unable to re-sell items with someone else's name/message on it.

Please return all items in the original condition & packaging. The return delivery is the customer's responsibility, refunds are voided if they arrive damaged so please ensure items are packaged securely! All refunds will be credited back to you once we have received the item safely.

// Damaged items:
We try to protect our product the best we can for it's long journey to you, however we get that accidents do happen. If items arrive damaged due to the shipping, please contact us within 3 working days with a clear *Photo* of the damaged area(s). Please note the photo is needed if any action is to be taken! This is to protect ourselves from fraudulent cases.

// Lost items:
If you feel that your item is taking longer than usual, do contact us and we will do our very best to help! We do ask that you wait the full term of 4 weeks before we issue any replacements or refunds as cases of custom checks and varying reasons like weather etc. have been known to cause mail delay.

// Uncollected return mail:
If your purchase has been left uncollected at your local post office for a duration of approx more than 10- 15 days (this differs with each country) It may have been sent back to us. We will contact you once we've received the parcel with more details on reshipping.
