Welcome to Stratus Jewelry Supply! We strive to serve every customer as we would expect to be served. Our philosophy is to put ourselves in the customer's place and handle each transaction accordingly. We accept payment through paypal only. Payment is expected within 3 days of your order. After this time we will cancel the sale and relist the item. Please contact us if you have special circumstances and we will be happy to work with you.

Sales tax will be charged for all Ohio customers.

International customers outside of the United States are responsible for all customs duties, fees, taxes, etc.


Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. We will ship to your paypal address through the US Postal Service. Domestic customers will receive a delivery confirmation number the day of shipment.

International customers will receive the customs form number the day of shipment. We have no control over the customs departments of other countries. Many can and do hold packages 3 weeks or longer. Duties, fees and taxes may also be incurred. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 7 days after shipment for domestic delivery and 4-6 weeks after shipment for international deliveries. If you do not receive your package as expected, please contact us through the Etsy convo system or our direct email stratussilverjewelry [!at] so we can resolve the issue.

Insurance is available by request.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns for refund of the purchase price up to 30 days after purchase provided the items are returned to us in the condition they were shipped. Original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded.
