The pieces were beautiful, but they were too large for sisterloc's

All dreadlock jewelry is carefully measured to specific sizes which are posted on each listing. Additionally, a size chart is listed on each listing for comparison. Buyer did not report a problem with this order. This review is the only contact beyond the initial order. Attempts to reach out to the buyer were unsuccessful. There was no option for a mutually satisfying resolution. Since all dreadlock jewelry is handmade, I am able to modify some aspects of the piece (such as size), to suit the individual needs of each customer.

They were all too big. I have sisterloc's and could not use them. I gave them away. :-(

Products are shipped only AFTER payment is received.

I reserve the right to require a 20% deposit for custom orders due at the time of order to help cover the cost of materials. All deposits made will by credited to the order total.

Products are shipped only AFTER payment is received.
For a number of reasons, we ship in reused boxes as much as possible with reused packing materials. My last item that went out was in a Garbage Disposal Box...
Most orders ship USPS, tracking numbers are always available. Let me know as soon as possible if you want use a different shipping method.

We do our best to ship within 1-5 days of receipt of your order. If you have a RUSH order, please convo me!

Made-to-order items will take longer depending on available stock of supplies and technical nature of the piece. However we will keep you notified by email to provide you with the estimated time of arrival.

If you live on the Western Slope, pick-up/drop-off arrangements are a possibility, just ask.

International customers: please contact me for a quote on the item you would like to purchase. I will then modify the listing so that you can purchase it. I apologize for the inconvenience. Also, any customs or duties charges are your responsibility - I have no way to estimate these charges. Please note: USPS does not offer tracking number on International Orders. International customers should contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the nature of our mediums, no two pieces of work are exactly alike. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully, including dimensions!

My goal is to make you are extremely happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me ( jaimestrauss [!at] yahoo.com ) with your concerns and I am sure we can remedy the situation!

But... for the record here are our policies:

If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately (within 1 week of receipt). I will offer a similar piece as a replacement or a refund for vintage items. On damaged items, please keep the box and contents together until I here back from USPS about the claim. Please email me a picture ASAP! I will send it to the USPS insurance claims department.

Deposits on custom items are non-refundable after 48 hours of placing your order.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us, customers satisfaction is our priority! We want you to come back, we want your friends to come back! Let me know how to make things right.

Returns:
Because of the nature of the product, POLYMER EARRINGS CANNOT be returned for a REFUND! I will make any alterations or repairs - all I ask is that you pay shipping.

Returns (excluding polymer earrings) are permitted under the following conditions:
1. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of shipping date.
2. In the case of ALL returns you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please return in original package (or similar) as to keep the items protected. Please purchase insurance for returns. Your money will be refunded once the piece safely arrives.
3. Custom orders are not refundable, EXCHANGE ONLY - but I will try my best to make you feel ecstatic about your purchase.
4. Shipping is non-refundable.
5. An additional shipping charge for sending the exchange merchandise will apply.
