PERSONALIZED ITEM - WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME & HOW TO ORDER?
TUNRAROUND TIME:
• Standard: 12-24 hrs

Please provide all the details at checkout. We will EMAIL the "ready to print" file to the email address on invoice within the turnaround time.
Order with no details will be canceled after 7 days.
REVISION: Each order has 2 free revisions. Each additional revision is $3. Only event details can be changed, it cannot be changed to another language. Revision is valid for 90 days.
FILE DOWNLOAD: We keep the order for 180 days.
INVITATION - WHAT SIZE IS THE INVITATION?
We offer 2 size: 4"x6" inches and 5"x7" inches.
If you want to change the file size after the first proof is sent, there is a small fees $5 for the re-size as we need to redo all the work use a different size template.
*NOTE: Our JPG file cannot be printed at Vistaprint & Shutterfly, as their final size is not 5"x7".
INVITATION - WHICH FILE FORMAT SHOULD I CHOOSE & WHERE TO PRINT?
⭐️JPG File:
• Send via email, text, WhatsApp
• 4"x6"/5"x7" Photo prints at Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, CVS (no trimming)
• 5"x7" Stationery card at Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, Staples, CVS or print at home on pre-cut card stock (no trimming). If bleed is needed, please let us know the exact bleed size as each shop has different requirement.
⭐️ PDF in 2-up on 8.5"x11" US letter size file:
• Print at home, Office Depot Office Max, Staples, FedEx, UPS (trimming required)
*NOTE:
1. Our standard file format is in JPG, if JPG with bleed or PDF in 2-up is preferred, please specify at checkout.
2. Our JPG file cannot be printed at Vistaprint & Shutterfly, as their final size is not 5"x7".
PHOTO BOOTH FRAME - WHERE TO PRINT & HOW TO SETUP?
Detailed instructions will be provided for each order.
Below is the general printing info:
1. Print - You can print at Office Depot Office Max, Staples, FedEx, Officeworks (Australia) etc.
2. Mounting - tape it with double-sided adhesive tape on white display board/presentation board.
3. Cut out the center with an x-acto knife. DONE!
*NOTE: 24"x36" Poster printing price at Office Depot Office Max & Staples is around $30, so the overall setup cost is around 40-$50. You can also print directly on foam board/get the mounting service at an additional cost. (The price is for reference only, it depends on your location & material used, please check with your local shop for current availability)
CHANGE FONT / GRAPHIC COLOR - CAN I CHANGE THE FONT STYLE / GRAPHIC COLOR ON PERSONALIZED ITEM SUCH AS INVITATION/WELCOME SIGN/PHOTO BOOTH FRAME?
The font is part of our design so that cannot be changed, but we can change the font color.
ALL Floral colors CANNOT be changed.
DO YOU HAVE PRINTING SERVICE?
I am sorry that we don't have printing services.
You can print digital file easily at home or print at copy shop/photo lab. First download the file on your computer, then move the file to a USB flash drive, after that you can take it to the store to print or you can also upload the file to the shop's website to print.
