Strengthening and Encouraging One Another through Inspirational Designs

Strength for the Journey is a branch off of my etsy store BrendaAlaneGifts.etsy.com.

I have always enjoyed making gifts for others, especially
gifts that are vintage-inspired. I wanted to create a line of gifts with God's Word inspired into each piece. I am a Christian and I love reading and studying the scriptures. Everyday, I find new inspiration in His Word and what He has for me.
Each of us has trials we go through. Some trials we go through are so hard that we think we just can’t go on. In many, we feel as if we are all alone. Sometimes we just need strength and encouragement. I love the verse in Psalm 73:26 “My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.” When we feel there is no hope, God gives us strength for our journey here on earth.

Strength for the Journey was started for the main purpose that each of us can encourage others in our daily lives. Many of my pieces have been inspired through nature. In God's creation, I am encouraged of His love and care for us.
