Items that SHIP FREE, ship via USPS First Class 2-5 Business Day Shipping. PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVER DATES ON FREE SHIPPING ITEMS.
Free Shipping is only available within the US.
Priority 2-3 Business Day Shipping upgrades are available for purchase but please contact me FIRST to ensure that your item will ship out by your proposed deadline. Quotes for Fed Ex overnight are available.
Other items that do not include free shipping ship via USPS 2-3 Business Day Priority Mail.

All international orders ship USPS First Class International Service. Transit times will vary depending on the location. Please note that packages can take up to 3-4 weeks; orders going to Canada can be expected sooner.
Please understand that international orders commonly get held up in customs. I appreciate your patience, as I CAN NOT guarantee shipping timelines on international orders. Online tracking and delivery information are included.

Depending on your location, customs fees might be applied to your package. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are NOT included in the shipping price. I am legally required to report a package's full value and an accurate description, therefore I WILL NOT mark it as a gift. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and returns will be handled on an individual basis. If you're dissatisfied for any reason please convo me so that I may have an opportunity to assist you and correct any problems.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items must be returned in new, unworn/unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

Please do not machine wash your tiara, banner or garland. Instead, spot clean with a clean color-fast fabric and water. Ironing directly on felt is not recommended.
The banners and garlands in our shop are designed for decorative purposes ONLY, they are NOT toys so please handle with care and keep away from the reach of little hands.
