Can you provide a proof of what the piece will look like before I order?
My pieces are made to order using a hand-stamping process. I don’t create or photograph products for customer approval before production. This is not part of my process, as each item is custom-made once ordered.
Please look at all of the product photos and read the item details for each piece.
Each letter, number, character & image is hammered into the metal one at a time. Spacing will vary slightly from piece to piece.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Production time varies depending on the time of the year and the number of pieces I have to create. It is typically 8 business days (M-F) but it can be as much as 2 weeks before shipping. US shipping times vary from 2-5 days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks.
Do you accept returns on your custom and personalized items?
Unless there is a mistake on my part, All PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes items that are hand stamped or with custom text, dates, or images, as well as pieces that are cut and sized per the customers' instructions.
Details about sizes, text layout, metals, dimensions, measuring, care, etc. can be found in the product photos and description.
As a small business, each piece is made with care and time devoted to each order. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR ITEMS CREATED PER THE CUSTOMERS' DIRECTIONS.
All return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
I DO NOT offer prepaid labels.
