Update: I just tried my first recipe and let me tell you, it is amazing. I've NEVER had success with indian food before but this was to die for! 😋 I loove that the recipes have all been thought out to include the necessary levels of magnesium, etc. All the work has been done and there is a shopping list as well. I'm trying to get over a sugar addiction and have been feeling constantly sick lately. This is just what I was looking for. I went and bought the ingredients for these recipes and I can tell from looking over them that they are going to make me feel better.
