Frequently asked questions
Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns. We require buyers to contact us within 4 days of delivery, and have the return on it's way back to us within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Tracking is required. Restocking fee of 10% may be charged to one of a kind or high demand items. If a listing was purchased in which more than one item was sent, we require all to be returned - high grading is not permitted.
Should I use my specimens to make an elixir?
No. None of our specimens are sold or intended to make elixirs, if you choose to do so it is at your own risk.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Absolutely, contact us with shipping requests.
USPS first class shipping is used for all shipments unless an upgraded method is selected at checkout or otherwise requested. Buyers are responsible for requesting insurance if desired, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. It is buyers responsibility to upgrade shipping to meet their needs and expectations. Contact us if faster shipping, signature confirmation, insurance or any upgrades are desired.
Sizing details
Sizing details are offered in listing descriptions or titles of all pieces [25mm=1"].
The main photo does not directly reflect the actual size of the piece/s. We expect buyers to view all photos and read full listing descriptions to get a proper idea of the piece/s your purchasing. Weights and sizes are very close approximations, sizes may vary slightly due to the direction one may try and measure (our specimens are generally measured lengthwise). If you have further questions or concerns regarding sizing, please contact prior to the departure of your shipment.

Most specimens are sorted by size, they are separated as follows:
Thumbnail-sized specimens = 2-30mm
Miniature-sized specimens = 30-60mm
Cabinet-sized specimens = 60-100mm
Large Cabinet-sized specimens = 100+mm
