Magnets ... and More Magnets!

I did not always have an unusual love for magnets. I used to be normal... like you. Magnets were just magnets. Now magnets are my life! I started Stuck Together Magnets in 2010 out of a simple love for crafting. Now it is a full time operation run out of my home in North Carolina. I am truly enjoying being a small business owner.

Aside from making tons of magnets by hand, I spend my time creating new designs and brainstorming new product ideas. My home studio is my sanctuary and I spend my days surrounded with my projects and covered in adhesive. Sounds like a nightmare to some, but I would not have it any other way.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will work with you to replace or refund. If your package is lost or damaged, please convo me immediately so I can replace or refund.

Refund requests on personalized magnets, personalized favors, or custom orders that I cannot resell are reviewed. I will refund or replace if I fudged a custom order, of course.

I accept PayPal and major credit cards through Etsy's direct checkout.

Shipping
When you add an item to your cart, you can see the shipping cost. I do offer reduced shipping cost when purchasing multiple items which will be calculated in your cart as well. I can certainly answer any questions you have about shipping costs.

Due to the rising costs, I am no longer shipping internationally.

I ship USPS First Class or Priority mail within 3-7 business days of purchase. This range is an estimate and may be a bit longer if I am swamped with orders :)

Custom orders are assigned a shipping time frame depending on the size of the order and my current work load.

Convo me with any postal requests and I will happily do what I can to make it work.

Shipping charges include the cost of postage as well as the cost to package and ship the products safely. All orders are wrapped and shipped securely in bubble mailers or boxes.

Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
