Hi, Welcome to my Store! Thanks for looking, and most of all, thanks for buying! I would like you to know that my goal is for you to be fully satisfied and happy with the item you just bought. I treat each and every item as special and my I aim to sell fine jewelry at very affordable prices without compromising quality and style. I believe that fine, quality jewelry is a must for every elegant woman and to achieve this I bring you jewelry that are comparable to the big name brands out there but without the corresponding price tag.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items that are damaged during shipping are replaced and refunded at no charge.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you bought, I will refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee. Item needs to be returned within 5 days after delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not mailed within the 5 days allotted period for returns.

If you wish to return an item after the 5 days grace period, the item can still be returned and the full credit will be applied towards another item in my shop or can be applied to a custom order. Items can only be returned for full credit 30 days after the sale date. No exceptions.
Payment
I accept credit card payments, and Paypal. Items must be paid in full before they are shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If paying thru Paypal, please DO NOT choose the echeck option. Echecks take about a week to process and for stock orders, your order will not ship immediately. I respectfully cancel any order made thru the echeck option.
Shipping
Domestic orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchase via USPS First Class Mail, signature required, unless otherwise requested. Items that are priced for more than $400 are mailed via USPS Priority Mail, insured with signature required. High priced items $3000 up will be shipped with Fedex overnight.

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Registered Mail International for items priced under $1000. I ship my engagement rings priced $1000+ via FedEx 2-Day International.

Items are packaged in an elegant jewelry gift box with a black twine bow.

Please note that duties and custom fees are paid by the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are not refundable. Each piece is designed and made by hand, and countless hours are spent making each custom creation, so I respectfully decline issuing a refund on custom orders. I do my best to be very thorough in working with a custom order so there's no room for mistakes or misunderstandings.

Stock pieces that are also requested to be modified (examples: change chain length, chain style, change ring band, re-size ring, change stone, etc. ) are also not refundable.

I hold items for up to 5 days. After 5 days, the hold will be deactivated.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I allow exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

ALL items bought from my shop are covered with a 2-year warranty: this covers the diamonds/gemestones falling off, sizing, minor repairs and defects that is brought to my attention once the item is received. Please note: center stones are not covered by the 2 year warranty. In case it gets damaged or lost, the center stone replacement is going to be paid for by the buyer. For this, I suggest getting the jewelry insured in case the center stone/s gets damaged or lost.

Sizing or any changes that are done by another jeweler to the jewelry bought from me within the 2-year warranty period voids the warranty.

ALL diamonds sold on my shop are ethically sourced and 100% conflict-free. I only buy my diamonds from Kimberley certified diamond dealers. Also, ALL my diamonds are natural and untreated, ranging from F-H color, VS2-SI clarity.

Gemstones are all natural, ranging from VS to SI clarity. They are picked by myself to ensure the highest quality possible.
