If you have been experiencing shipping problems with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help you to recover the package. Most customers did not purchase insurance so it will be harder to trace down missing and delayed packages. And customers who did purchase insurance, we are at the mercy of the insurance company. They are slow to process claims. And insurance were purchased in the buyers' names so any compensation is directly given to the buyer not through me. I only help you to file the paperwork.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Many international customers have experienced delays too due to shipping companies slowness and customs processing in the receiving countries. Italy, France, Australia, Spain, and Germany have all experienced major customs delays. Italy is the worse. If you are an international customer and are experiencing delays, and you live in one of the countries above, you are most likely experiencing delays in shipment due to customs holding onto your package for inspection. So please be patience while customs do their job. They are the government so no one can control them and they do not report to any shipping companies or to me or you. So please be patience while your package is in transit and have to go through customs.

Insurance and rush shipping available if requested and paid for by buyer before checking out and item is shipped. All insurance purchased in the buyer's name so all compensation goes directly to buyer and not to me.
USA Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-5 days to most locations. Sometimes can take up to 10-12 days. Comes with tracking but ship date is not guarantee and tracking info is approximate and not exact. Missing tracking info is normal (1 out of 10 packages have inaccurate tracking updates or no updates at all).
INTERNATIONAL Standard Shipping: Usually 2-4 weeks to most locations. Can take up to 8-10 weeks if customs holds for inspection. They are the government. NO TRACKING AVAILABLE on international packages.
POST OFFICE RULES FOR LOST PACKAGES:
INSURANCE BUT BE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR BY THE BUYER.
USA**Insurance MUST be purchased & 30 days past ship date**
INTERNATIONAL**Insurance MUST be purchased & 60 days past ship date**
Insurance filings takes time from 30 days or more for post office to process insurance claims. We only help you file the report. All compensation is directly between the post office and buyer. Sellers do not receive compensation. I don't make the rules but I have to follow it.
**PACKAGES TO ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN, GERMANY, RUSSIA, ROMANIA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA should expect a longer delivery time because of the customs department in those countries. Packages are more likely to be inspected by customs in those countries. I have no control over the customs department. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, OR MISSING TRACKING updates on packages. You must request and pay for shipping insurance before checking out.
