We feature a recycled, repurposed, reused or upcycled item in all that we make. There is no reason why existing materials can't live a fabulous second life as wearable art!

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
If it is completely wrong for you we can work it out. If refunds are necessary they will be issued once the piece is returned and found to be in acceptable condition then a refund will be done via Pay Pal for the purchase price minus Etsy and PayPal fees as applicable.
Items received damaged will be subject to insurance claim and refunds will only be issued after the item(s) are returned to WhattaWaist dba Studio 11 Boutique. Again, refunds will be for the purchase price minus Etsy & PayPal fees (if applicable).
Payment
All invoices that remain unpaid after 48 hours will be re-listed without notice. Please take the time to pay for your items when you purchase.
Shipping
We ship via USPS at the best rate possible. Most items go out Priority 2 day within the USA.
All international buyers: Please contact us for shipping quote prior to purchase (if not listed).

Priority Mail comes with tracking and $50 insurance. Any further confirmation or insurance will be at the buyers request and at additional costs.
