On what kind of paper should I print my downloads?
For best results, we recommend printing all our designs on glossy photo paper. The weight and sheen of the photo paper produces the best graphic quality and makes your finished product look professional. However, a lot of customers have chosen to print on cardstock and have been happy with the results.
Where do I send a photo for my custom order? And do I need to crop it?
Your photo can simply be attached to an Etsy convo OR it can be emailed to admin@studio120underground.com.
No need to crop! I’ll take care of that for you!
Want your color photo in black and white? No problem! Just let me know when you send your photo.
I need a custom order ASAP! Do you offer a RUSH option?
Yes, we do! If you’re in a time crunch and need your custom order ASAP, simply purchase the listing you want *PLUS* the RUSH ORDER listing found here:

I just purchased an instant download and don't know where to download my files. Help!
Hey, thanks for your order! Shortly after purchase, an email with a link to download your files was automatically sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. It's possible that the email could have ended up in your SPAM folder or you have an outdated email address on file.
Either way, you can easily access all previous purchases at any time inside your Etsy account! Simply go to:
www.etsy.com/your/purchases
There you will see a list of all previous purchases. All digital purchases will include a link to download directly from that page.
If you have any trouble, just let me know and I'll personally send over your files asap. You can contact me through Etsy convos or email admin@studio120underground.com.
