Announcement   Welcome to Studio 285 Clockworx, the home of fine wooden hand crafted clocks. Inside you will find clocks with the sparkle and flair that reflects the education, training experience and passion of a well seasoned architect, Andrew E. Mitchell. As Andrew is an old hand at designing buildings of all sorts, especially custom residences, it is only naturally that he should be designing furnishings and accoutrements that might be find within. This tradition of crafting fine clocks started with making same as birthday, Christmas and wedding gifts for close friends and relatives and has now matured into the serious venture with an offering for the general public. A predominate theme in the design of these clocks is playing light and dark species of wood against each other. Locally obtained Kansas hardwoods use predominately used, with the occasional 'donated' exotic hardwoods making an appearance here and there.

Terms are Check or Money Order. Studio 285 Clockworx may wait for the check to clear before filling order. Make out checks and money order to: Andrew Mitchell. Credit cards, Paypal, C.O.D not accepted. Please do not send cash. Kansas resident add tax as noted under 'shipping'.

1.Shipping: Unless specifically otherwise requested, owing to the weight of the objects shipping will be UPS or USPS ground rate parcel post. Rates for shipping and handling in the lower 48 states only:

Kansas residents add state and local tax for the address to which the craft item(s) will be shipped. Kansas Department of Revenue requires that sales tax be applied to the sum of purchased goods and shipping handling fees. Allow up 48 hours for processing
order and putting same in the mail (excluding weekends and holidays) and one to five days for USPS of UPS to make delivery. If more expedient delivery is desired call or email and a shipping fee will be quoted and arrangements made. Per section two, payment, the right is reserved to wait for checks to clear, which may delay shipping. Provide a valid street address, items will not be shipped to a PO Box number. A tracking number will be provided via the Etsy email system or an email provided by the customer. Delivery confirmation and insurance is available, call or email for a quote prior to placing order. If you are not completely sure how to put your order together and calculate it, let me know and I will help you with it. Refunds and Exchanges
1.All sales are final unless specifically noted otherwise or agreed upon in writing prior to sale. Not responsible for any damage incurred in shipping. As the clocks are made from a natural material, wood there will be variance in grain texture and color. Pictures on Etsy are representative samples and there may be some variance in wood grain and color from craft item shipped.
