I accept paypal, money orders and checks.
Merchandise purchased with a personal check will not be mailed until the check has cleared. This may delay shipping 3-5 business days.
Payments, made with checks or money orders, must be received within 15 business days of purchase. If payment is not received within this time frame, the item(s) will be re-posted and any payments returned to you.
Large custom made items require a 50% deposit for material and labor costs. Upon completion of your order the balance is due in full before it is shipped.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Standard shipments will be sent via UPS ground, unless otherwise notified, and can take 5-10 business days. All work is wrapped in clear archival plastic and set between cardboard for protection.
Upgrades to 2nd day or Red can be applied for an additional charge.
Confirmation of shipment will be emailed to you along with your tracking information.
Shipping insurance is provided free of charge for items over $100.00
Refunds and Exchanges
Items sold by Studio330 are non-refundable after 15 days of purchase. Studio330 guarantees quality craftsmanship. If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, it will be replaced at no cost to you. Return your damaged item in the prepaid packaging that will be sent to you, and your purchase will be replace.
