I don't sell or never sold him any fraudulent corrupt downloadable link.Etsy would have closed my shop if that was the case.I designed custom working files for him,which he could open.I informed him beforehand,stl files do not retain colors,he will have to use his slicer to color it.I also provided him alternative file format(3mf which retains colors),instructions on how to color in stl,even video tutorial about it.I spent half an hour explaining him difference between 3mf,stl,how to print facedown mode.Turned out he didn't know how to use slicer at all.Basically he was upset I didn't send him stl files with colors.Again stl files do not support colors. Unfortunately his inability to operate slicer,resulted in this frustration,review,threats to shut my shop down and manipulated screenshot.
