Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on most items. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, and ship back to us within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item, given that it is returned in its original state. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value on returned item.
What items cannot be returned?
If an item cannot be returned, it is indicated on the listing. Sleepwear cannot be returned. Items that are new in the package can also not be returned. At the moment, that includes Island of Misfit Toy ornaments, and the Teenie Beenie Babies.
What about holiday shipping?
Please note that the shipping estimates given apply to NON-HOLIDAY shipping. We are continuing to ship through December, though SIGNIFICANT delays may occur. DO understand that we are not responsible for, and do not control shipping times, once a parcel is accepted by the post office. Thank you!
