I have something in mind but I don't see it on your shop. So you offer custom designs?
Yes! Many of our prints are the result of someone asking for a custom design. Feel free to message us and we will be more than happy to work with you to create exactly what you have in mind
Do you offer different colours or sizes?
Yes! We are more than happy to work with you to print the perfect colour you have in mind. We can also print in lots of different, less standard sizes should this be what you're hoping for. Drop us a message and we will be more than happy to create your dream print!
Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes! Gift wrapped orders will be lovingly wrapped in our custom Aballone Studio paper and completed with a black ribbon and gift note card. If you would like your order gift wrapped, please select this option at the checkout.
When can I expect my order?
We aim to dispatch every order next working day, although occasionally during very busy periods, this may be two days. All UK orders are sent second class (1-3 days), but there is the option to upgrade to first class at the checkout should you need it sooner. All US orders (aside from cards) are sent tracked and signed. We typically expect US orders to take around three weeks for delivery.
I've put the wrong personalisation for the print. Can I change it?
It depends. Always drop us a message first to see how we can help! If this is the same day that you have ordered, it should be fine to change the details of your order. However, if the order has been packaged or posted, I'm afraid this cannot be changed.
