Pros: nThe customer service for this was great, the delivery time was very quick considering it was the holiday season, and the packaging/business cards were so adorable. nI love wearing this necklace, and it has become something I wear every day (don't take it off except for showering). The charm itself is really beautiful, and I love the chain because it's so dainty. I get a lot of compliments on how unique this necklace is. n nCons: nThe only real con I have is that about a week after I got the necklace the acrylic heart started to chip, so now the blue layer is chipping/peeling away, making it look a bit shabby. I think this could probably be prevented by painting a clear coat of nail polish onto it to seal it, but it's a little too late for me to do that. Other than that though I love it, and can't say enough good things about your shop. nThank you so much <3 ~!
