INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
payment by PayPal in all PayPal supported currencies. No need for a PayPal account, anyone can send money using an email address and their credit card.
If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit card:

Shipping
SHIPPING:
I ship from Monday to Friday, i.e. as soon as possible after receiving payment.

PACKAGING:
I secure each purchase in a bag or a box, wrap in bubble wrap, and ship in an envelope via air mail for overseas and regular mail to Europe so they get to you in perfect condition. Gift wrapping also available at no charge.
If you need your package to arrive sooner, convo me, I'll send it by Priority Mail and adjust the shipping costs in your listing.

USA 15-25 days from purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. I have done my best to describe and photograph items as they are in real life but please allow any slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.If you'd like more photographs of any item in my shop before purchasing, I'd be more than happy to send you some-- just contact me!

REFUNDS:
Sometimes things get lost or damaged in the post. If this happens to you, we can work it out with either a refund or a replacement. Send it back within 4 weeks of receipt and I can refund or exchange. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
