The Origin of Studio Fliff

The name of my shop Studio Fliff is my nickname Fliff and studio. Nothing fancy because I’m awful at naming things.
I started my Shop in February 2014 because I was about to sell art at a convention for the first time and I wanted somewhere that people could order items I’d run out of at the convention.
When I first started my shop I had only a few charms and I’ve since expanded and added buttons, a set of stickers and some other crafts I've done over the year.

Welcome Lovelies, I am Fliff and this is my shop.
In my shop you will find Charms and book marks of popular TV character as well as hand bound books and the occasional piece of jewelry.

Returns and exchanges
I will not refund an Item just because you changed your mind or frond it somewhere else. Etsy fees the seller for transaction fees when we are forced to cancel an order.

I will refund items that has been damaged or lost in shipping.

If an item has been damaged I require photo evidence, and if you'd like I can send you a replacement instead of a refund.

If an item is lost in shipping I will ask you to wait a minimum of a week before sending you a refund or replacement, in case the item is just slow to arrive.
Payment
We take payments via PayPal and credit cards.
If you would like to place a balk order and desire a discount we can discuss pricing privately and I will take the payment through PayPal.
Shipping
All Items will be shipped when it is convenient for my work scheduled, this means that it can take up to 10 days for things to be dispatched. I apologize for the in convinces, but I to and a human being with a 9 to 5 job and Etsy is just what i do for a little extra money.
All items are shipped standard U.S. shipping. Stickers will be shipped in whit envelopes. Buttons, charms and other larger items will be shipped in padded envelopes.
All items shipped within the U.S. Should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch; accept items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Items being shipped outside the U.S. may take 14 to 30 days to arrive.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

A. The order was placed on the weekend and I won't go to the post office until Tuesday.

B. There was an issue with your order and I have likely sent you an email to address the problem.

C. I have been ill or unable to go to the post office to send your item.


Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

This is frequently asked question by buyers outside of the US. It can take some time for orders to go through customs. Wait up to 30 days from when the order was dispatched before assuming your order isn't going to arrive.


If I choose the 'pick 4' option can I pick a button from a different set?

You are free to pick any button you would like in a 'pick 4'. For example if you chose 'pick 4' Avengers buttons, but you wanted Batman and only three Avengers. You are free to make that request.


I placed an order that has not yet been sent and I want something else, but I don't want to pay the full shipping price. Is there a way I can get free shipping on the second purchase?

If this happens please let me know in a private message so that I can give you a coupon code for free shipping.


I ordered a set of stickers, but I wasn't given a tracking number. Why?

Stickers are sent in white envelopes the don't come with tracking. It would be an additional fee for tracking.


I ordered this item, but got a different one instead?

If there a mistake in the order it's likely because I am after all only human. If this happens please let me know, I will send you the correct item and you're free to either return the wrong item or simply keep it free of charge.


Do you consign orders (ship them together)?

Yes. If you place two or more orders and none of them have been sent I will send them all in one package.


Can I order in bulk?

Yes. If you would like to order in bulk please send me a private message so that we can discuss quantity and pricing. The payment will be done via PayPal.
