PostNL utilizza questi dati solo per consegnare correttamente il tuo ordine. Nel caso in cui PostNL utilizzi subappaltatori, questi metteranno a disposizione di queste parti anche i tuoi dati. Questo è anche il caso quando gli ordini attraversano il confine olandese.
L'amministrazione fiscale e doganale olandese (Belastingdienst) mi richiede di registrare tutti i dati personali necessari per effettuare un ordine e salvarlo per 7 anni. Personal data kept by Studio Maas
In order to place an order, I need some personal information from you, such as first- and surname, address information, and e-mail address.
Studio Maas uses the software of Etsy. This is a program that keeps your personal data and uses an SSL-secured connection. Only Etsy and I have access to this. Etsy keeps also extra information from my Etsy web shop visitors for statistical purposes, such as location data and device type.
This data is being recorded anonymously. In an overview I can review these Etsy statistics to improve my webshop and my products.
Sharing your personal data with third parties
Your data will only be used to correctly process your order and for the administrative purposes which are needed for correct and complete business management. This means it can occur that your data will be shared only with the following parties:
• Paypal (payment processor)
In order to process Paypal payments I use the Paypal platform. Paypal processes you name, address and place of residence, and your payment details, such as your bank account number.

All orders are shipped through PostNL. Therefor it is necessary to share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL.

The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst) requires me to record all personal data that is needed to make an order and save it for 7 years. You have to right to view, adjust, or request deletion (after the retention period) of all of your recorded data.
