They assisted me with my request for the two kimonos, and everything went so smoothly. 4 out of 5 starsThe kimono is well-cut, and the seller communication is amazing. I'm giving 4 stars because I unfortunately can't wear it in summer as I wanted, too warm. The material is thick, rigid, and a bit itchy. I tried to soften it with soda and vinegar, but none helped. On the other hand, the seller did a fantastic job, because I asked if it can be made in dark gray, which is outside offered color range, and she sent the parcel really quickly so I can get it before my vacation.
