1 out of 5 starsBEWARE. This gaiter is very small. I am an average sized guy and this barely fit around my neck. Had to be stretched to make fit and when done, it stretched the lettering apart basically ruining the words. Contacted seller and explained and she refused to refund money. She did offer a replacement but only one size; so did not correct the issue. Seller's response was a too bad so sad response. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A GAITER. DON'T USE THIS SELLER

Thank you for your review. As stated in my replies, this particular gaiter comes in one size and the size chart is clearly shown in the listing prior to purchase. I always offer replacements of any product that is defective. However, the issue was not due to a defective product or inaccurate information in the listing. It was, by your own admission, due to not referring to the size chart prior to purchase. Had you send me the requested pictures I would have sent a replacement of the product. But the issue, as you stated, was that the one size product did not fit you. I never said anything similar to "too bad so sad" and I am sorry if you took my responses in that manner. Sending me the requested pictures would have helped me to find a way to resolve this issue for you. I am sorry that did not work for you.
