A quality is a perfect pin
B quality: has some minor flawes
C quality: is a flawed pin (but still very nice :))

Do you ship with tracking?

All orders are sent untracked, which is standard in the Netherlands. This is how we keep our shipping prices low. We have the option to choose for shipped with tracking and without. As we outsourced our shipping the prices are over 50% lower than we used to have so we are excited we can offer this option. Please choose the shipping upgrade in when you check out. If you choose without tracking we unfortunately can’t check where your package is. We are not responsible for your stolen or lost mail, tracked or untracked. We are so sorry!

If you have chosen for tracked shipping please check your email for the tracking number. If the tracking says the package is delivered but you don’t have it, please contact your local post office or your neighbors. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Standard grade, B, Seconds Quality

Please note that that all pins are handmade and small scratches and enamel imperfections are unavoidable. We will not offer refunds or replacements for very minor imperfections. However, we never ship anything we wouldn’t be happy to receive ourselves.

B quality is very suitable for wearing

! Please note that pins with larger areas of metal, like the door signs, can have more markings in any grade!

How long does shipping take?

We use a shipping partner as that is the cheapest way to ship. We ship twice a week on Monday and Friday. If you’ve gotten an email that says your packages has been shipped it means we’ve packed it to go to our shipping partner on either of these two days. Especially deliveries in the Netherlands will take longer than you are used to. Please contact us if you want us to mail your order via PostNL as we work with Deutsche Post.

Estimated delivery times
Unfortunately we are not 100% sure when your package will arrive. If you haven't added tracking to your order we can't tell you where it is
Shipping can take up to 6 weeks, especially during the holiday seasons. Normally it is around 2 weeks outside Europe, 1 week in Europe and a few days in The Netherlands. It can take longer, please keep that in mind.

Recycle

☘As we only have one world please recycle or re-use the cards and bubble wrap we use in our packing. Owlpost – Pinmail is great but we need to take care of mother earth as well ☘

Have you seen our designs in other Etsy stores?

You can only buy our pins in this Etsy store. If you see our designs in another Etsy store those are stolen designs and probably of poor quality.

How can I change my shipping address after I ordered?

Thank you so much for your order! Did you fill out a wrong or outdated address when you purchased? Please contact us as soon as possible after the transaction has been confirmed, this way we can change the address on the shipping label before your order ships out.

If the order is already shipped, no changes can be made to the address on the package. Please keep in mind you, as a buyer, are responsible for providing a correct address upon purchase.

Shipping due to Corona

Unfortunately we are not able to ship worldwide at the moment because of the Corona crisis. We will check with our shipping partner on a daily basis to see if something changed. Please do not hesitate to to contact us to ask if can ship to your country. We are happy to to double check.

Als it's important to realize that if you haven't chosen for an upgrade with tracked shipping we will not be able to locate where your package is. We know the post office is slower that normal so please keep that in mind before purchasing anything in the shop. If you want to make sure your package will arrive safely, please choose tracking.

Please note that a lot of post offices have a huge backlog due to Covid and the high number of online orders.

How and when do we ship?

We ship with a shipping partner via the German post. This is a cheaper option than the Dutch post office. We ship twice and sometimes 3 times a week to our partner. Both Ruth and I have another job so we run this shop next to our other work.

Please note that also our packages in the Netherlands go via our partner. Your packages will take a bit longer than the normal PostNL packages. If you are in a hurry we are able to go to the post office and ship via PostNL but please leave a comment when placing your order.

Shipping delays

Due to the large amounts of online orders worldwide a lot of post offices worldwide have a backlog. Especially after black Friday and Christmas a huge backlog has build up. If we look at the post office in the US, USPS, we saw they delivered packages shipped in January before the ones shipped in December. They will try to keep their delivery time with new packages and if they have extra time they work on the backlog. We have an example of a package shipped on 30-11-2020 and got scanned in USA on 23-01-2021. Believe me its super frustrating for us as well and we want your orders to arrive as soon as possible. We have faith they work as hard as they can.

This was an example for USA but this applies to other countries as well.
